Massage includes a blend of Swedish, myofascial release, deep tissue, stretching and energy work tailored to meet client’s goals for the session.

-Length: 1 hour, 90
minutes or two hours for $80/hour

-Add Ons: cupping $10, hot stones $10

Essential Oil Massage

dōTERRA AromaTouch Technique shiatsu and swedish based massage enhanced with
the power of 8 pure essential oils.

-Length: 90 minutes for $140

Prenatal Massage

Supported, side-lying position massage for clients in their second or third trimester

-Length:1 hour or 90 minutes for $80/hour

Red Light Therapy

Targeted red light therapy using clinical grade red and near-infrared wavelengths to promote tissue healing and reduce inflammation.

-$15 for 20 minutes
